Bangalore:

TIRUPATHI BALAJI DARSHAN YATRA:TOUR ITERNARY

• The bus departs from Bangalore by 10:30 pm from our central office.
• On arrival to Tirupathi at about 3:30 am, you would be taken to our hotel where in the passengers / piligrims would be provided fresh up accommodation for one hour in Luxury Deluxe air conditioned bedrooms.
• Before leaving for the Lord Balajis darshan to Tirumala, you would be served a limited breakfast which is complimentary for the passengers to suffice hunger until they return back after darshan.
• The travel to Tirumala along with your tour escort, will be by state run transport corporation buses only as private heavy passenger vehicles will not be allowed to climb the hill.
• After darshan enroute back to the hotel for lunch, the piligrims will have darshan of Godess Alamelu Padmavathi at Mangapuram. The piligrims will have to buy the quick darshan ticket on their own as this is not included in the tour cost.
• The piligrims will be served unlimited south Indian lunch at our hotel at Tirupathi, before departing to Bangalore.
• Your arrival into Bangalore by late evening with memories of a blissful divine Balaji darshan.

Hyderabad:

• The bus departs from Hyderabad by 8:30 pm from our central office.
• On arrival to Tirupathi at about 5:30 am, you would be taken to our hotel where in the passengers / piligrims would be provided fresh up accommodation for one hour in Luxury Deluxe air conditioned bedrooms.
• Before leaving for the Lord Balajis darshan to Tirumala, you would be served a limited breakfast which is complimentary for the passengers to suffice hunger until they return back after darshan.
• The travel to Tirumala along with your tour escort, will be by state run transport corporation buses only as private heavy passenger vehicles will not be allowed to climb the hill.
• The piligrims will be served unlimited south Indian lunch at our hotel at Tirupathi, after returning from the Tirumala. The piligrims are provided free time for relaxing at our hotel (for couple of hours as time permits)
• The piligrims will have darshan of Godess Alamelu Padmavathi at Mangapuram in the evening at about 5:00 pm. The piligrims will have to buy the quick darshan ticket on their own as this is not included in the tour cost.
• Departure by late evening to Hyderabad and arrival by 6:00am with memories of a blissful divine Balaji darshan.

Chennai:

• The bus departs from Bangalore by 10:30pm from our central office.
• On arrival to Tirupathi at about 1:30am, you would be taken to our hotel where in the passengers / piligrims would be provided fresh up accommodation for one hour in Luxury Deluxe air conditioned bedrooms.
• Before leaving for the Lord Balajis darshan to Tirumala, you would be served a limited breakfast which is complimentary for the passengers to suffice hunger until they return back after darshan.
• The travel to Tirumala along with your tour escort, will be by state run transport corporation buses only as private heavy passenger vehicles will not be allowed to climb the hill.
• After darshan enroute back to the hotel for lunch, the piligrims will have darshan of Godess Alamelu Padmavathi at Mangapuram. The piligrims will have to buy the quick darshan ticket on their own as this is not included in the tour cost.
• The piligrims will be served unlimited south Indian lunch at our hotel at Tirupathi, before departing to Chennai.
• Your arrival into Chennai by early evening with memories of a blissful divine Balaji darshan.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• The Tirupathi Yatra is inclusive of your travel to Tirupati & back by A/c VOLVO B7R coach, up & down travel ticket fare to Tirumala, One south Indian lunch, one limited Breakfast & one hour fresh-up accommodation ONLY (on twin sharing basis).
• Breakfast & Lunch is valid for one person per ticket ONLY & children with no ticket are to be charged extra.
• For Sheegra Darshan, each ticket is entitled for only two laddus as prasadam. The prasadam coupons for extra requirement may sometimes be available in the darshan queue & the travel operator is not responsible for this.
• The management is not responsible for any delay in darshan due to over rush or timely changing management policies of the TTD.
• Please secure your valuables/cash and do not leave them in your baggages when you are away for darshan. The Management is not responsible for any loss or damage for your valuables/cash left behind in the bus. The Management requests you to secure it with the tour escort guide or as may be directed by him.
• Please follow the instructions provided by your tour guide for hassle free completion of the Tirupathi Yatra. Passengers not following this will be left behind and no refund for the same for whatsoever be the reason.
• Head Tonsuring charges are to be paid extra by the passenger & is not included in the tour cost. No Head Tonsure on Weekends and Public Holidays due to heavy rush and to complete the Tirupathi Yatra in the stipulated time. Kindly note that physically handicapped or old aged people unable to cope with the speed of the package tour are restricted on weekends and public holidays.
• Alamelu Padmavathi Mangapuram Temple Darshan is purely complimentary & not a part of this Tirupathi Yatra. No claims for the same shall be entertained in this matter.
